#2383 "Antique" Style Coffee Mill

We are grateful to know that lives are returning to "normal" or close to it. We are planning a few shows this year, and hope to meet many of you again...or for the first time. George is turning new mills, and we hope to have some of them posted in the near future. Thanks to everyone who has supported us along the way.  Enjoy, Take Care and all the best!

Please feel free to ask questions, and let us know how we can help!

*Note: We have found it prudent to watermark our photos. The water mark "GTO Woodturning" will not appear on the face of your piece. Thanks for understanding.

#2383 "Antique" Style Coffee Mill

This mill has been sold. Please contact us if you would like a similar design! Thank you for your understanding.#2383 is one of our popular “antique” style coffee mill designs. It is turned of maple sourced in the Catskills of NY showing spectacular “eyes” of bark inclusions. It is 10” tall and 5 ¼” across the base. It is carefully sanded through several grits and finished with a durable lacquer. Like our other mills it comes signed, dated and the wood is identified. This design is functional and artful.  The mechanism is fully adjustable to obtain the grind you prefer.  . Hand ground coffee, while slower than an electric grinder, yields coffee that is lower in acid and not "burned" in the grinder. You will be amazed at the difference hand ground coffee makes! You won't be sorry if you chose this mill. We have used our mill nearly every day for years
